Craniosacral therapy is a gentle yet profound method for enhancing the function of the nervous system and returning balance and mobility to the entire body. This safe and supportive process allows for the release of deep-seated trauma and emotions held within the body, and supports in reconnecting with and expressing who we are at the deepest level.
Craniosacral Institute Australia has offered craniosacral therapy trainings since 1995, teaching a functional and biodynamic approach to craniosacral and trauma release work in a professional training over five modules.
Courses are designed for the beginner as well as the advanced student. In a typical class you may find massage therapists, naturopaths, acupuncturists, physiotherapists, shiatsu practitioners, kinesiologists, psychotherapists, GPs and other body workers, and some with no previous background in bodywork.
Course work is divided between significant hands-on practice, lecture, discussion and processes. Comprehensive notes are provided at each course level. At the end of each course you will receive a certificate of completion.
Although there is an emphasis on completing the program as a whole, each workshop stands on it's own; one, or all five may be taken.
"Thank you so much for a life changing training for me, I am now living so differently in my body as I feel I am connected all the way through and love feeling grounded here on planet earth again! I also so appreciate the teaching of deep listening presence, this is not just applicable for giving sessions but is a way of living my every day life, being here, grounded and present in every moment I remember to feel my feet on the ground. I cannot express my gratitude for the way you teach all this, it is in complete alignment with where I come from in my own practice of living as awareness and presence. I look forward to further trainings with you in the future and in sharing this way of working with my clients." With love and gratitude, Ana
